past horizons 2 20 Kfar HaHoresh This cult and mortuary pre- pottery Neolithic B site in Israel certainly keeps the excavation team guessing. Great social changes were happening in the Levant at this time, something which seems to be reflected in the burial practices of the inhabitants such as the plastering of skulls and strange bone alignments. Two members of the team bring us up to date on the 2008 excavation. 8 Bylazora Could this be the ancient capital of the Paionians?
